Description
The Simply Sports Cars engineering team have developed these steering arms that are not only lighter than the Lotus OEM components (890 grams vs 1050 grams per pair) but they are designed to allow up to 3 degrees of negative camber adjustment. The rack pick up point is also lowered to reduce the effect of bump steer on cars running lower ride heights (only for steering arms for the Elise/Exige Series 2). Altering the bump-steer characteristics of the Elise Series 3 will interfere with the Dynamic Performance Management (DPM) system, so the Elise S3 variant is designed only for increased camber.
We also designed the units to be stronger than the factory items as you can see in the images.
