SSC has developed this lightweight bar in association with BWR in the US.

Adjustable tubular anti-roll bar for the front suspension that replaces the original solid bar.
This stiffer bar reduces body roll and provides a crisper steering feel.
A flatter cornering car gives the front wheels more grip into corners and reduces inside rear wheel slip coming out of corners, making the car more stable.

5 adjustment positions enable the torsion rate to be set in increments to up to 87% stiffer than the original bar. Effectively there are 9 levels of adjustment with intermediate torsion rates set by offset positioning of the end links eg. Position #2 on one side, Position #3 on the other.

Recommended for cars with spring rates up to –

Front   75 N/mm (425 lb/in)

Rear    96 N/mm (550 lb/in)

The bar is connected to the factory front suspension using end links with Rose ( Heim ) spherical rod ends at both ends of a turnbuckle adjuster. These have left and right hand threads for easy adjustment for hole position, height and elimination of play. The bar uses the factory mounting brackets.

Adjustment on the fly is easy. Just unbolt the bottom spherical joint and move its position on the arm.

The bar is 22mm diameter, larger than the factory one, but is of lightweight tubular section.

The bar with adjustable end links weighs just 1.88kg.

Components: Tubular bar, end links, 4 Rose (Heim) spherical rod end joints with turnbuckle adjusters, 2 polyurethane bushes, lithium bush grease, spacers, nuts, replacement chassis bolts. All components are  corrosion protected.

Fitting: Straightforward, using existing mounts. Fitting Instructions provided.
