SSC offers a full engineering service in bespoke component design, development and manufacturing for Lotus performance parts based on 8 years experience in automotive design. Working with leading suppliers in all fields of automotive component manufacturing SSC can handle any job, big or small. Engineering services include:

Race car services and preparation:

• Race Engineering and Trackside support
• Vehicle geometry set up
• Race season support
• Forced induction systems
• ECU and Data logger installations
• Safety equipment including fire systems, roll cages and harnesses
• Engine and Drivetrain modifications

General Engineering:

• Bespoke components and component repair
• Cad design, analysis and fabrication of basic and CNC machined components
• Laser, Water jet and EDM wire cut plates
• Aluminium and steel welding

Simply Sports Cars is also experienced with compiling Australian Design Rule (ADR) evidence packages for the importation of enthusiast vehicles under the RAWS scheme. With the evidence package completed for Lotus cars (The most modern European vehicle to be brought in under the scheme) SSC is well equipped to prepare evidence to get a compliance plate on cars not previously registrable.
