3 days of targa rally driving
around Cairns & Port Douglas

Come and join the Official Lotus Tour with the experienced Simply Sports Cars team at Targa Great Barrier Reef for the inaugural event held in Far North Queensland, the gateway to the world heritage listed rainforest and reef.

Targa is a tarmac rally held over 3 days with 200km of closed roads, over 15 stages, on spectacular coastal and hinterland roads around Cairns & Port Douglas. You will get to drive on the same closed roads as the competition classes at quite a spirited speed to thoroughly enjoy your sports car. You will also have support from the Simply Sports Cars team who have been going to Targa for many years. It is one of the more relaxed events to participate in with the day's activities finishing in the same location we start from each day.

We will have limited places available in the Official Lotus Tour 2018 as well as support options for the various Targa Competition Classes. The rally will be passing through amazing landscapes from lush rainforest to beautiful tropical coastlines.

Our Tour Leader will handle all your accomodation, meals and logistics. We will be at the event as a Lotus Group along with the Competition Drivers & stay in a central locatino so you get to soak up the atmosphere of the rally based in Cairns.
